Sooperthemes Is Looking For An Customer Success IT Intern

The Job

As customer success manager at Sooperthemes you will help clients when they run into problems with installation or use of our products. We're a SAAS company which means customer satisfaction is hugely important for us to keep down churn rate and keep up word of mouth referrals. As customer success intern you'll be communicating with customers and helping them when they get stuck, confused, or want to share feedback.

You'll quickly learn our customer base forms an active community that talks passionately about our products. You are going to make sure our growing customer base will stay happy and be even more engaged in the future!


Primarily you will work on success tickets from our clients. You'll learn that we have many enthusiastic clients, some of whom actively help other clients in our success forum. Some tickets are a result of a bug in our software. In those cases you'll have to create a bug report for our developers by translating the success ticket into clear steps that our software developers can use to reproduce the problem. In other cases you'll help the customer to make best use of the product.

Besides customer success you'll be working on the technical documentation in our help center. If you're interested you can also assist with the production of videos for our YouTube channel and help center. 

About Us

For hundreds of international clients including United Nations, the US Senate, Redhat, and Fujitsu we build products for open source CMS Drupal to provide a better user experience for content editors, marketers, and site builders. Our core product is Glazed Builder and it's a Drupal module that you can install in 5 minutes on any Drupal site, like for example 

We're working out of the UtrechtInc start-up incubator on the Uithof Campus. We also provide an internship contract between you and UtrechtInc which helps us ensure your internship meets any requirements your college might have for academic credits.
